Pick Your Unit & Confirm Availability

Verify on website the unit you desire is within your budget and is available

Fill in Credit Check Consent Form & Rental Application then Review the Lease with the Landlord

Landlord will provide required forms and lease documents

2022 Rental Application
Fill in your Rental Application now for submission after your property viewing
2022 Credit Check Consent Form
Grants Landlord permission to do a credit check on tenant

Bring Completed Application To Viewing

Bring completed Application to viewing with a $25 cash processing fee (tenant screening)

Decide if the unit is for you

If you want the unit, submit the complete Application & $25 fee to the Landlord at the end of your Viewing.

Landlord Checks Tenant's Background

Landlord will call references and obtain a credit report on the Tenant

Sign Lease

If references & credit are okay, Tenant signs lease & provides 1st month’s rent & utility fees in cash plus a cheque for last month’s rent & utilities fees

Tenant obtains Rental Insurance

Tenant will obtain Rental Insurance with minimum $1 Million liability coverage and provide proof of same to Landlord

Welcome Home - Tenant Is Given Keys

Landlord provides unit keys and Tenant moves in!
